Adamas’ private investment team invests in the strategic development of promising small and medium-sized companies that have substantial operations in Asia.

Our investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation.  We invest in various forms of debt investments across the capital structure; mostly in senior loans and mezzanine investments.

Every investment is unique and we seek to tailor the terms of our investments to the circumstances of the prospective portfolio company, negotiating a structure that protects our rights and manages our risk while providing sufficient flexibility to the portfolio company to execute its business plan and improve its profitability.
